Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

Dan takes out John in NPSA....Second round took out "The Old Man" and beat out the New Kid that everyone was worried about (except our boys) to take home the stripe.
All in all it was a great weekend at the races...We had a good time with Dan and Susanna, had some of the "best ever" meals. Got to catch up with Craig and Sherry after a long off season. Looks like it could be a good year at the track! Hope everyone can make it out sometime over the season.

Sunday April 25th

Racers woke to sunshine and dry pavement.....two very good things.

John and Dan ran both NPSA and PRO
John went 3 rounds in PRO best time being 11.79 for the day. (his fastest time is 11.78..so close)
Dan went out first round in PRO
John and Dan matched up first round of NPSA.....

Saturday April 24th

Saturday rained out at Pacific....tomorrow looks good...more to come...
But that doesn't mean the day was a total waste.....had a great time with friends and racers...at one point there were about 10 people huddled around Dan's Chevelle under his tent staying out of the pouring down rain. (yet we had both the motorhome and travel trailer out there??)  Rain or Shine it's usually a good time.

Yo Sick66 how is the coast?  You think I would drink that stuff, ewwww.  Gordie blasted a 9.46, second run of the day, bet there is more in it.  Sunny and 60 here today, getting the Chevelle out and tearing up the neighborhood today.  Let's hope the weather stay's good till next weekend.  Enjoy your trip.

Mr. Koch knows his stuff...the carb is rebuilt and the car has never run better...or I should say I didn't know how 'bad' it was running until he got his hands on it.
